Prep breakfast in a sharp kitchen with marble counters and jet-black cabinets, and dine on a cozy balcony. With its antique furnishings, modern fittings and a children’s bedroom with toys, this apartment hums with eclectic warmth! Located in the heart of Milan, the apartment is 300meters from the Central Railway Station and near Milan's fashion district (Corso Buenos Aires). The area features well-connected and efficient public transportation (subway line M1, M2, M3, tram n1, trolleybus lines 90, 91 - routes to all major areas). There is one double room and another equipped with three beds. Nursery beds and cribs are available upon request. A few years ago the apartment was fully renovated with luxurious finishes: a parquet floor was recently set and slate tile flooring was added in the restroom. The apartment offers antique furniture which are complemented with modern pieces of furniture that show great attention to detail. The living room is equipped with TV, free WiFi internet (100 Mb per second, optic wireless internet connection - Fastweb) and Mitsubishi Air Conditioning. The living room opens to a balcony with two chairs and a small table. The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, citrus-fruit squeezer and toaster. Guests have access to the entire apartment with full use of the bedsheets, towels, hygiene products and fully furnished kitchen. There are many children's toys available (age 0-5) for your child’s entertainment. A baby changing unit, one highchair, kids cartoons DVD’s, all you may need to prepare your homemade baby food is included. The day of your arrival and departure, I’ll be available so you can pick up and return the keys for easy check in and out. I will also provide tips for places worth visiting in Milan. The apartment is located near the Central Railway Station (Stazione Centrale) and a stone's throw from an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The art and history museums that surround Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli are a short walk away. Located in the heart of Milan, the apartment is 280 meters from the Central Railway Station and near Milan's fashion district (Corso Buenos Aires). The area features well-connected and efficient public transportation (subway line M1, M2, M3, tram n1, trolleybus lines 90, 91 - routes to all major areas). In order to avoid any misunderstanding and enhance your stay and that of future guests, we would like to remind you: • smoking is strictly forbidden • parties are not tolerated • no noise after 10pm • pets are not allowed • only authorised guests may occupy the property. It is strictly forbidden to put up other guests overnight • all furnishing must be maintained to their current condition • for those who decide to extend their visit to Milan more than a week, a weekly housekeeping service will be available (€50/week) • check out is before 10am • check in is between 3pm and 8pm • A 30 euros charge will be assessed for late check-in (between 8pm and 24). An inconvenience fee of 50 euros will be charged after 24 (you’ll have your receipt in return)

In the neighborhood there are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, shops, and more. -No free parking in the area. You can either park on the side of the road or park at a fee paying parking (the nearest being at via predabissi 4/a)
