Private boat ramp for all of your water toys! Boat dock fits 2 boats. Electrical outlets provided for bass boats. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews. This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

The cottage is comfortable and charming with a newly added bathroom and kitchen area. The back deck faces the morning sun, where you can sit and drink your morning, coffee . Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Middletown. All folks, races, LGBT friendly.

"Oars House" -Near lake's public docking W/ KAYAK

Our take on "mi casa su casa" is "My house is your house= Oars House" Light and airy newly built guest house with private entrance (side of the house contact free), kitchenette and full bathroom. Located blocks away from the public docking and with easy parking right in front of the main house. You will have a wifi, internet, smart TV, new window unit air conditioning, and heating. Perfect place for traveling workers.

Vineyard Guesthouse ~ 2 Bedroom

2 Bedroom guesthouse in the middle of a vineyard in Potter Valley. Mini split for heating and cooling. In close proximity to the main house but a separate home. TV and WiFi available. Electric stovetop and fridge. Both beds are queens. There are chickens in the back yard, no rooster! All are super friendly! There is also occasionally a dog and a kitty but they will stay out of your way. Property is open for guests to enjoy!
