Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake County

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Everything I needed was provided, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was an absolute BEAUTY of a stay. My husband and I literally booked it last minute. (1 hours before leaving) and the host immediately responded and was so friendly and kind. It’s about a two minute walk from the beach. Very quiet, the house has a lot to culture. I felt right at home, truly. Thank you Matthew !!

This apartment is cute and matched the photos and listing description. Lana was kind and responsive and graciously accommodated a late check out. We will stay here again whenever we need to visit family in the area.

This was probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The place was super clean, the beds were extra comfortable and you can tell the hosts put a lot of care and attention into the rental. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The beach is a close 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The beach/ park is beautiful too. There’s lots of restaurants and coffee spots within minutes. 10/10 recommend this place over a hotel any day!!

Jose is a very good host. The room is just as described. I was working in the area on a night shift. Jose made a great effort to keep the typical daytime house noise down as I slept during that time!

Stan’s place was just like the pictures! Very home-y & comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the mini golf! Adults loved the kitchen amenities & front sunroom area. Very spacious & CLEAN! Beds were comfortable & plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Neighborhood was so nice & peaceful. Definitely will be booking in the future again!! 5 STARS

Our holiday began perfectly, thanks to this wonderful country home! It exceeded our expectations and felt like a dream come true. The house was cozy and ideal for our family of five, offering a charming and authentic countryside experience. As this is a true country home, visitors should expect to encounter some critters and enjoy the rustic charm of older amenities. For us, this only added to the experience, making it even more unique and memorable. We loved exploring the property, where we saw chickens, Bengal cats, and horses. My daughter especially enjoyed the swing, spending every morning and evening out there—it quickly became her favorite spot! This peaceful retreat was exactly what we needed to escape the chaos of city life. Diana, we are so grateful for your hospitality and this amazing experience. We can’t wait to return soon!

I can’t say enough great things. I did an extended 1 1/2 month stay and it felt like home from the day we entered. Everything was comfortable, labeled and easy to find, quality nice dishes, silverware, etc. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Two full size extremely large and comfortable bathrooms. Three very good size bedrooms. Look out the windows when waking up to see the lake as soon as you sit up. Anything that is needed, Steve and Marisa are on it. They even asked us what things we liked and were sure to have it for us. I won’t spoil the rest. But I have stayed in many AirBnB’s. This one goes above and beyond. They even had pictures in the house to make it feel lived in. Has a cute theme as well. I will definitely look this up each time I come back to Chicago area. It’s worth the slightly extra drive to stay outside of the city and get a nice view, yet still just be a short drive from downtown. Thank you both for the amazing accommodations and making it feel like?

This place was beautiful! Beds were comfy, rooms were nicely decorated, and bathrooms and kitchen were squeaky clean! Everything matched the listing! The kids loved the arcade games and especially the bean bag in the basement! The carport had comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the cool outside air. The beach was super close to walk too and we were literally the only ones in the back for a good stretch! We got takeout from Flamingos Pizza down the street and the only downfall was kids were not allowed to be there and the staff was kind of rude to them while we waited (only putting this here for future reference of people with kids). We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Miller Beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable, casual & beachy; we utilized every area of the house- breakfast & coffee on the back terrace, cocktails on the front terrace, football on the tv upstairs, tennis on the tv downstairs, family dinners in the dining room, plenty of room in the living room for watching movies together. Loved all of the light in the house- we all felt like we were staying in a tree house! The kitchen was very well-appointed, so nice to have spices and every type of dish/pan/cooking utensil. The beach is beautiful- we walked down to the Dunes and hiked around there, gorgeous. The beach wagon is brilliant, all packed and ready to go. The dogs were in heaven exploring the safely fenced property. Communication with hosts was great. Had pizza & food delivered; we only left the property to hike & go the the beach. Perfect!

Everything was fine as a first time experience with Airbnb.

We had an absolutely lovely time! We took a family trip and the house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The beach was super close to walk to. The large house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The spacious living room/kitchen was a great place to spend family time cooking, playing games, eating, etc where we could all be together but doing separate things. There were plenty of towels for everyone for that many days which surprised me! Inga had thought of everything! There was all the extras you might need too like cooking basics, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas! And the espresso machine was also a hit with our family! Thank you so much Inga for having us!! We made memories that will last a lifetime in your beautiful home!

This home was super cozy for my big family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the way it is set up makes you feel right at home. This home had everything we needed. TV’s, kitchen items, recommendations, and even fun family games and activities to do. Every time I visit the area I’ll be checking to see if it’s available. 10/10
