It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

The house is situated on the lot to make pulling your boat through or parking it a breeze. This older, yet comfortable home, comes with all you need for a relaxing stay. Farmhouse decor , covered porch with rocking chairs, extra open loft bedroom , outside fire pit, bbq grill, fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We are close to town for all your needs but far enough out to feel away from it all. It is fenced and set apart from the other tiny home on the property.
