Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Ce bâtiment, aujourd’hui résidence privée, est lié à plusieurs temps forts de l’Histoire du XXe siècle. C’est à l’Hôtel du Parc qu'ont eu lieu les négociations pour la résolution du conflit algérien et qui ont abouti, le 18 mars 1962, à la signature des accords d’Evian. Vous pourrez vous balader librement dans le magnifique parc privé donnant directement sur le port de plaisance.
