“This place is just amazing - panoramic views of the lake + open and bright and clean. The bed was SUPER comfy (like “I took pictures of the labels on the pillows so I can buy some at home” comfy!), there were plenty of towels, internet was great (we worked the whole time we were here and had no issues), and the patio off the master bedroom was perfect for evening drinks overlooking the lake. The owner always responded quickly and his directions and check in instructions were clear and helpful. We are super happy - we’ll be back!”

“This place is amazing. We loved it so much. John has everything you need and more. Cooking: kitchen is tiny but did the job! There is also a grill. I loved that little stove and oven (gas) and it worked great for us. I also brought my own cast iron pan for cooking. I realized it was too big for the tiny oven. Problem solved: I used the burner on the grill outside to cook bacon, fajitas, and steak. It seemed to be easier than maneuvering in the kitchen. I was surprised to see so many spices and coffee choices, it was fantastic I didn’t have to buy any of it! Hanging out: the water is a hike. It’s not bad going down but going up after a few white claws... I had to stop a few times to catch my breathe! It wasn’t terrible though.... I have walked over sand dunes from an Airbnb before so this was as bad. The screened in porch was out most favorite spot. We hung out there the most, laughed, ate, watched TV, listened to music, played games ( some supplied for us), it has an incredible view! Dogs: this house was made for dogs! My two tiny chihuahuas loved being able to be so free. They can’t get anywhere you don’t want them! It was so relaxing knowing we didn’t have to lock them in the house and they could go potty anytime they wanted. It made this house one of our top best Airbnb stays. Sleeping: I can only speak for the king bed, it was great! Cozy and comfortable. The fans were awesome and really moved the air! The a/c was perfect. There was so much room in all the rooms! Good linens, good pillows, great towels. The bathrooms were small but did the job. Adequate towels, toilet paper, paper products, trash bags etc... You will not be disappointed in this house. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway but close enough to the grocery store. We went to the superior bathhouse brewery. I was surprised we could eat and drink during covid 19. Beer was good food was ok.”

“The condo was sparkling clean. In fact, it was the cleanest AirBnB I have stayed in. The location was very convenient to all Hot Springs has to offer. The location was very quiet and relaxing. Condo was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing time away. Frank was responsive when we had questions or needs.”
