We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.
