Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Huron

Loved the space! Hottub and sauna were amazing and so relaxing. 5 minute walk to great restaurants in town, free parking and right on the beach! Would love to come back and book again :). The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and super helpful! Thanks so much for the stay

Our stay at Dorene and John’s was perfect! We traveled the half hour to ski at Nub’s and enjoyed being in the private atmosphere of the cabin. The hot tub topped it all off! We didn’t want to leave!

Was a very beautiful and peaceful place in the woods. The hot tub was super clean, very cozy fireplace area, and the whole set up was just gorgeous. We had a really great experience! We also loved how they are stocked with all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and everything you would need. The host was very helpful and responded fast.

Such a serene place to stay. would 100% recommend if you are looking for a respite.

The cottage was really cute and perfect for a romantic week-end! It was cozy and with vinyls we could listen to some ambiance music. There was an LCBO near so we got really nice Ontario wines. Only down for us was the matress for my husband who has back problems. Me, I don't so it was ok. Ruth-Ann and Bobby were really responsive and nice. Très joli chalet pour une fin de semaine de couple. Un bon verre de vin, musique avec des vinyles et reste juste à profiter du patio.

Great cozy cabin! We came up during the off season so it was very quiet and peaceful. The place is as described and as shown in pictures. Just a minutes walk across the sand to the water, beautiful view! Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. We booked last minute on a snow storm weekend and Paul made sure the driveway was plowed, which we really appreciated. Considering it was the off season and snowy weekend there wasn’t a ton of things open, but we loved that the cabin was stocked with games. We found and really liked Brew Moon Cafe in Caseville and The Farm restaurant in Port Austin. Both opposite directions from each other but within a 15 min drive from the cabin.

Ben was super responsive, accommodating host. Great value. Cute neighborhood. Very peaceful.

Craig’s place was everything we have been looking for! We have 2 rescue dogs who have a hard time being around other dogs. We really wanted a place where they could be free to be themselves out in nature. Craig’s place was very private, with a big property. We went for some lovely walks on the trail, and also explored some locations nearby with great river walks. I have to say that Craig’s place was so welcoming and comfortable. The old cabin feel, the wood burning fire, the dvd selection. We just loved being a bit cut off from the world (but still had a bit of signal.) Craig is so helpful and accommodating. The cabin has everything you need, extra blankets, a full kitchen, fire wood ready, games. Just show up with your clothes (and food) and you will be set! We were just a couple, but there are lots of beds for more guests to stay. We hope to return with some friends in the future and experience everything the cabin has to offer in different seasons! What an adorable cabin! Our cabin did not have a bathroom, but the owners had a golf cart that we were able to use to get to and from the bathroom! However, we would’ve been fine without it: it was only a minute walk. But it was still amazing to have. The cabin itself was super cute and very comfortable. There was a heater and fan for us to use and we appreciated it. There was a stream of water which was so beautiful to see especially at this time of year with the leaves. They also supplies fire wood for us which was super nice of them. This was a very nice stay, and we will be back!

This was a fantastic stay. Everything was clean, well equipped, and so comfortable. The scenery was absolutely beautiful as well! Danielle was an amazing host, extremely friendly and very accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Cabin in the Cedars was exceptional. Comfortable and cozy. We loved watching the freighters and a couple tugboats go by. It was perfect for my good friend and I to hang out and catch up. So quiet! We slept very well in the comfortable beds and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! We explored all of the island and the cabin was a great starting and ending point. We already are planning to return in the spring/summer

Neil has done an incredible job creating an escape amongst the tree on his wood-lot property. We’ve stayed in the cabin a few times now and it never disappoints. It’s a very cozy space and the wood fire stove keeps it toasty with very little effort. The breakfast is amazing - a basket filled with home backed goods and treats, local produce & preserves. More than enough for the two of us. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet private space to relax and unwind.

Always a wonderful stay here. Clean and cozy cabins next to the beautiful creek. This is truly a slice of heaven. Scott is always such a fantastic host and makes sure you have a very relaxing stay. Can't wait for my next visit.

The cabin was as described and the host is very friendly. The area was quiet and we did see some deer in the back yard which was pretty cool. Our group had a great time and would love to stay again!
