The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a dining area, as well as a balcony with a view of the lake, a large covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs and an awning, and a lovely garden. The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.
