Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Kaweah

Such a cozy, inviting place nestled in beautiful trees. It was everything I wanted, expected and more! Very easy check in/check out, and Sierra was proactive about giving us weather tips and communication in general. The perfect cabin experience.

We had a great stay at this mountain cabin! The place was very clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely stunning—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful, though at times it felt like I might’ve been communicating with more than one person, which got a bit confusing. A couple of things to note (not complaints, just observations for future guests): the light switches are a bit quirky and took some getting used to, the beds are very soft (which some might love), and the couches are quite firm. Also, it was definitely a bit tricky to find the place at night, so I’d recommend arriving while it’s still daylight if possible. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing spot—I’d recommend it!

We had an amazing stay here! The cabin is nestled high up in the woods, very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub and back deck are great, and the inside is comfy & cozy with wood pellet stove, a well stocked kitchen, nice L shaped couch and tv, and lots of little amenities that make it stand out. Note that this property is located in Pierpoint, CA. If you like hiking or walks in nature, this cabin is only 30 minutes drive to the great views at Dome Rock and 45 minutes drive to Trail of 100 Giants. If you want to drive further south than that into Sequoia National Forest, I'd recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle for the windy pot hole roads, or stay closer to Kernville/Wofford/Lake Isabella. We enjoyed seeing the deer almost everyday at this cabin. Alex and Jake were responsive and fantastic hosts! Highly recommend.

This place was incredible. By far the nicest place my family has rented. The views are even more breath taking than the photos suggest. We traveled out from New Hampshire and to be staying at the same elevation as mount Washington was so crazy. We absolutely loved going for a hike and seeing the Stagg tree, the deck views of the valley was surreal and sunset was gorgeous. My kids had a blast too, we loved the funky lights in the house and enjoyed the outdoor propane fireplace. I would definitely note to guests considering this property to be aware the ride up is no joke. Very windy roads with multiple switchbacks as you climb the mountain, so if you are prone to car sickness take proper precautions. Definitely worth it though. The place was a dream.

Highly recommend this lovely and cozy cabin. Excellent location near both the National Park and the local restaurants and markets. Host made check-in a breeze and quickly responded to any questions we had. And, it's one of the best-stocked Airbnb's I've ever seen! So glad we made the choice to stay here while visiting Sequoia National Park.

The cabin is absolutely charming and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and there’s a fantastic grill and a relaxing jacuzzi. Everything is beautifully maintained and presented to a very high standard. The cabin also offers outstanding privacy, allowing for a truly peaceful stay. Fred was incredibly welcoming — he gave us a personal tour of the cabin and provided valuable recommendations for places to visit in town. Nearby, you’ll find hidden waterfalls perfect for hiking adventures. The river is just a short 3-minute walk away, offering a perfect spot to sit back, unwind, and take in the stunning views.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Sequoia Crest! It was the perfect retreat for our family, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The cabin was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make us feel right at home. The proximity to Sequoia National Park was a huge bonus, allowing us to enjoy stunning hikes and breathtaking scenery. We highly recommend this gem and look forward to returning!

We loved this little place. It was so close to the jazz festival main venue that we could even walk them the hill. Sitting on the front porch one afternoon, I saw a couple of red headed woodpeckers, quail, scrub jays and lizards. Very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy retreat! The scenic drive leading up to the property was breathtaking, and it’s just a short walk to a peaceful creek. We enjoyed spotting deer, hearing birds chirp, and watching squirrels in the area – such a nice touch of nature. The place was exactly as described – warm, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The patio and deck provided the perfect spot to relax outdoors. It was incredibly tranquil and peaceful, ideal for a getaway. Just a heads-up: you'll need to take your trash with you, as there's no onsite disposal. Highly recommend for a restful escape!

Our group had a great time at Lisa’s place. It looked just like the photos, if not better. The view from the kitchen was very scenic and the town was quaint and quiet. Plenty of deer in the town to see! The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to made a good meal and there were plenty of games to play. A perfect setting for making new memories with your friends and loved ones. The beds were a little too soft for our groups liking but were livable. Definitely worth checking out Belknap Camp and the Soda Spring not too far away. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend Lisa’s place for a quiet mountain getaway.

Amazing spot near the river and close proximity to the national park entrance. The design and layout of the space was perfect. The fireplace outside and inside was a huge touch to the place. Very responsive and helpful host as well.

We stayed at Kiley’s cabin for a quick overnight after a long day of hiking in Sequoia. Kiley was very helpful with instructions and stopped by after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was a perfect little place for our group of 3 to unwind and relax. We were surrounded by peace and quiet the whole time, minus the gentle roar of the river at the base of the hill 🙂. One cool thing we were able to do is sit outside for a few hrs after dark and take in the Lyrids meteor shower. Although we only were able to see a few meteors, the view of the stars at the property was spectacular! Thanks again Kiley for hosting us!

It was a delightful place to visit , my kids enjoyed the outdoors and scenery, saw plenty of deer around the area as well , it was a nice weekend getaway from the busy city , quiet peaceful and charming

We absolutely loved our stay at Brian’s place! He was a great host, very responsive, detailed in his instructions/directions, and hospitable. He even filled the fridge with a dozen eggs from his own chickens! His animals roaming the property were so friendly and just beautiful! Make sure you are okay with horses and cows because it’s their home and they will walk right up to you, but again are so friendly and loving! We did take our two dogs with us on this trip, and want to mention that there are 3 other dogs that roam the property, so if you take any pets just be mindful of them! They are so sweet, but territorial as it’s their property. 10/10 recommend and will definitely stop by here anytime we visit Sequoia or the surrounding areas again.

The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The home was newly remodeled and in good condition. We would stay here again in the future.

Christopher is a super host. He is very reachable and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay at his house. This cabin is beautiful. It has AMAZING views and was exactly as pictured. Honestly the cabin felt bigger than pictured. It was very open and spacious. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. If you are unfamiliar with the drive up the mountain I recommend driving during the day vs at night. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Perfect location, close to the grocery store, restaurants, and Sequoia NP. Well decorated and furnished home. We enjoyed the open and roomy layout of the home. My kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games that were available.

We had a wonderful time at this rental and hope to be back, We usually buy our own food and cook, this kitchen has everything you need, the high ceiling lets the light coming into the home, this is one of the few good places in Three rivers that offer an EV charger. Both Hailey and Aja, were incredibly friendly and kind, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. it was good to know that we have a warm place to come back late during the day after a great hike at Sequoia Park.

We had an amazing stay at Judith’s private studio. Right by the river, surrounded by lush green trees and plants. The studio was private, quiet and clean. It was much more beautiful in person. A short drive away from Sequoia National Park. In the heart of Three Rivers, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Great cabin in a beautiful, remote location. New appliances, nice furnitures and finishing with a very cozy and easy to operate fire place. We really liked it here , be prepared to be away from grocery stores, so bring everything. Totally recommend!
