The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat. We don’t have WiFi.

We will brief you on all boat facilities and fully train you on all boat operations before you cruise off on your adventure. - $2000 bond required to be secured on a credit card or direct deposit that will be returned when you return the boat. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. - all YOU need to bring is a sleeping bag/ beach towels. Note- you pay for the fuel you use on return to the Shop. Their is only 12v power so sorry no hair dryers or coffee machines.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (includes Netflix), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
