Dolce Vita House

The flat commands a panoramic view over Lake Maggiore and the historic village of Belgirate, and is located within a small, peaceful residential complex – one of the few properties with a swimming pool in the area (shared between a few units, open from 1 June to 30 September). Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the lake and the village centre, where you will find all the main amenities: a mini-market, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacconist’s and newsagents. Car parking is available within the residence.

UP is a delightful independent apartment in a semi-detached house in Vedasco (380 meters above sea level) on the first heights of Stresa (200 meters above sea level) with a unique view of the lake and islands. The house has been renovated with a 30 sqm SPA area in the basement, accessible from the outside, for your exclusive use. Casa UP is an ideal place both in summer, to spend a vacation, and in winter to get away from the city and treat yourself to a weekend. A private parking space is available.

It is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, quiet and relaxing It has 4 beds. The VIEW of all of Lake Maggiore is one of the most BEAUTIFUL and complete that can be found in the area. The accommodation is very bright and is located on the third and top floor of a completely renovated early 20th-century house. FREE RESERVED PARKING SPACE.

Located 100 meters from the lake and from the famous Villa Oleandra (G. Clooney’s house), in the characteristic ancient village of Laglio, there is this unique location completely renovated. Laglio is a typical lakeside spot where many houses are reached by steps, ours being one of them. The apartment, located on the ground floor of an ancient stone house from the 1500s, is ideal for a romantic couple's holiday, for a relaxing family holiday but also for lovers of nature and sports.
