Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Sweet Serenity is the perfect Lake Martin rental for your family! Located in Dadeville, close to all the best lakeside restaurants. Only a short 30 min drive to Auburn. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms & sleeps 10. All bedrooms have plush king mattresses. Guests love the outdoor fireplace w/ mounted TV to watch college football. The bonus room has a big TV & Foosball table. There is a sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Just steps to the lake & dock. Enjoy the neighborhood swimming pool too!

This home features an open den and dining area, laundry room, half bath and primary bedroom all on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. There are also two built in bunks in the loft separating the two bedrooms, along with a full-size bathroom. A short walk to your designated boat slip and less than a minute from Niffers.
