Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

LAKE FRONT CABIN. BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES!! Completely renovated in 2021. Beautiful open concept kitchen with an oversized island. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a double oven! The entire front of the cabin is sliding doors and transom window so that you can soak up all the beauty of Lake Martin. The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch. Kayaks provided for you to enjoy!

Great place to stay for Auburn University events: graduation, football, basketball, etc. Bring the whole family to this relaxing lake house with lots of room for fun. This newly built lake house, on a cove, offers open concept living with a well stocked kitchen, huge deck overlooking the lake, a large dock, TVs in every bedroom, a large TV in the family area, a large dining table and extra seating at the kitchen bar. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for lake fun.

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

Our home is located on beautiful Lake Martin, only 35 minutes from Auburn. Perfect home for weekend getaway or taking in Auburn football games. Situated in a low traffic area of the lake with a wonderful view. There are two screen porches for relaxing afternoons. Private pier to dock your boat and sea doos. The house has two levels with a den/common area on both levels, one for the adults and one for the kids. Guest must be minimum of 27 years of age to make reservation.
