Use of full kitchen, living room, dining, kitchenette/game room, bathroom and laundry room. Wrap around porch on house and back porch screened-in. Hostess living area on one end of house. No unregistered guest. Extra fee will be charged. No smoking inside house or outside. No smoking on property anywhere outside.
