Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

This luxurious home is located on a large cove off the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. Nearly all rooms have a view of the lake. The master suite features a deck overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub and large multi-head shower. The Perfect Lake Hamilton Family Vacation Spot

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus bunks) house on Lake Hamilton. It's a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the lake or the many things that Hot Springs has to offer. Extra amenities include smart TVs in the living areas and bedrooms. We have a beautiful lake view from both levels of deck with sitting and dining areas, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit. Our dock was recently washed away in a flash flood and should be replaced by mid summer 2025.
