You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. The fishing pier is about 7 m x 3 m, shared with the neighboring house. Lake Balaton is a 10-minute walk, 3 minutes by car. The shore is closed with a gate, as the pool can be closed to be completely safe for children. Barbecue, cauldron and covered terrace provide complete comfort.
