The cottage was built in 1946, lovingly restored in 2021 and in the spring of 2026, a brand new two-bath remodel showcasing genuine Delft Blue tiles/tile paintings. Tall windows dominate all of the rooms, letting in light that is filtered through the shade of two 80-year-old live oak trees in the front and the pecan tree in the back. We love clean. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
