Holiday rentals with beach access in Lake Victoria

Foster's apartment exceeded expectations, it looked even better than in the pictures! It was spacious, clean, and tidy, with great views. Plus, the amenities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, a gym, and ample parking. The peaceful atmosphere made the stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The host was very helpful when called upon. Everything was pristine and clean. The space is very cozy. The location is ideal for a restful time away from the busy city.

Cynthia and Cliff provided excellent hosting. The place met our expectations, and most importantly, the host was on standby to help with any questions. The house has a great view of Lake Victoria which the kids loved. Furthermore, the place was spacious for the kids to roam in a highly secure neighborhood. Michael is an excellent host-- always responsive and genuinely cares about the comfort of his clients. The house is in a nice location--a nice mix of private/quiet but very walkable with the Victoria Mall right around the corner. The tall trees make for nice protection from heat and there were good breezes. Located directly next to the botanical gardens, there were often monkeys passing through the trees/yard in the early evening. Richard who supported the cleaning/running of the house was a gentleman.

We could check in earlier and check out later. Ernest was very relaxed and we all felt as we are staying at our own home. His staff was very helpful. The view is amazing, the house is unique (rare design in Uganda) and overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Ernest, I‘ll come back again.

My family and I had a great stay at the cottage. My 18 month old had space and play... run and even a swing. We enjoyed the silence ... a great gateway from city life. The view of lake Victoria was amazing...( a true gem )

Rose and Mzee are a lovely couple, easy going and pole-pole changing the place in their local heaven.

everything's is good and the landlord is a nice guy and the virw from bedroom and livingroom is stunning we had an issue with internett but that got fixed and after that all was great it takes 45min too walk too lutembe beach and you have voice mall that is close and in kitende you have Quality its good but you have too use boda boda is around 5k but if you make big shopping you have too order safeboda car from Quality in kitende that is around 15k but if you dont like too walk too lutembe beach they charge 3-5k too drive with boda boda

Cute place in a pleasant location. The small apartment is comfortable and well equiped. Anne was also very responsive. The only downside is that internet was a bit unstable, but it's ok with a sim card.

Sandra's place was great! I booked last minute and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The place is clean, comfortable, and has lots of options nearby. A great option for anyone attending conferences at the nearby Speke centre. Sandra is very communicative and an all-round fantastic host. I'd highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly as advertised—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Security is top-notch, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The location is also perfect—just a short distance from the airport, shopping malls, and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Uganda.

Joe is a very friendly person and always available even in the middle of the night. My flight was supposed to arrive at 5pm but there was a delay and arrived at 3am Joe was there waiting for me, he is a Great guy. Joe is also a very knowledgeable with Kampala city and he can be a help almost everything. The place was also very clean, secure makes me feel at home. I will definitely book it again.
