I offer a home stay for Viljandi enthusiasts. The apartment is perfect for two, but can also accommodate more sleepers with the sofa. To visit cafes in the city center, all you have to do is go up the hill on Tartu Street. Those who don't want to climb the hill will find even better conditions for exercise nearby – you can head to the fitness trail around the lake almost straight from your bed! In addition, there are padel and tennis courts etc. close by. In the courtyard, behind the woodshed, you will find a terrace and a private garden corner where you can enjoy the beautiful weather.

There are 4 apartments in the house and you have to take the neighbors into account. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a rest corner that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not possible in the yard, the nearest option is “Mäe” street (150m from the house) or Viljandi Lake parking lot (250m). The apartment is located on the street.

The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.
