This house boasts a 25-foot swimming pool with a 3' shallow end and an 8' deep end, accommodating the most epic of cannon balls. A floating dock was recently constructed, so pull up a chair to fish or pull up a boat to explore the 21 square mile lake. A pair of kayaks are available as well as a gas grill!

The Pearl of Lake Wylie

My place is 15 miles from the Charlotte airport, 10 miles from Carowinds and 6 miles from Charlotte Premium Outlet on I-485. It is only a little further to downtown Charlotte and the Carolina Panthers stadium. It has a great sunset view over Lake Wylie. It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and good recreation. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view.
