“The place is very comfortable, I love the open layout. The location provided great options for eating within walking distance or a short drive. There is Whole Foods for groceries and coffee/chai in the morning was a plus (hint, don’t wait in line at Starbucks). Travel to the beach (Folly) and downtown Charleston was quick. We are very glad we chose to stay with Brett and Shannon as we appreciated the local offerings more than where we traveled off to. Definitely worth the stay!”
Cute studio guest house located in the historic and charming Old Village area of Mount Pleasant. Location is spectacular between downtown & the beach. Not only are you 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown, you are walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. The entire studio is private. Features hardwood floors and an updated bathroom. Shared backyard has great shade and an area to sit and relax.
“After being trapped inside for the past couple of weeks I just needed a night in a home away from home & this place was absolutely perfect for that. The whole place was super clean, the bed (pullout couch) was pretty comfy with nice soft sheets, there was coffee w/ creamer & sugar that we enjoyed sitting outside at night looking at the stars. Then we stayed up watching Netflix on the Tv. My personal favorite part was the greeter puppy who led us to the door from the gate!! This place will definitely become my occasional home away from home, I loved it. :)”
This tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it's hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included 'Hail, Cedar!' and '20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.' Special amenities: • Two cruiser bicycles • Beach chairs, towels, bag, and cooler • Outdoor patio with hammock, couch, and love seat • Bluetooth speaker • White noise machine • Unique books + games • Two dedicated, caring hosts.
“Enjoyed An amazing stay with my new wife! This place had everything we needed and was such a unique experience. We felt very cozy in the tiny house. It was perfect the sleep at and wake up in. The bed was beyond comfy! Charleston has so much to offer and we could not have picked a better home to stay in. The bikes were a great addition to see the character of the town around us. Thanks to Brian for being available when we needed through message.”
