Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

The Oak House- Complete Duplex

The Oak House is a comfortable two bedroom duplex that provides you with approximately 1000 sq. ft. of private, peaceful space. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Located within minutes of the freeway and shopping and about an 8 minute drive to Bethel or the Civic Center, the Oak House is a great location and value.

Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!
