The living room features an ALL NEW 74" Samsung TV, 2 couches with 2 additional chairs. The master has a private full bathroom, & TV. Net flix is provided for both televisions. The kitchen, just like the rest of the home, is fully stocked with everything needed.

The Oak House is a comfortable two bedroom duplex that provides you with approximately 1000 sq. ft. of private, peaceful space. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Included are linens, towels, wifi, shampoo, hairdryer, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a washer and dryer, as well as an outside seating area. Located within minutes of the freeway and shopping and about an 8 minute drive to Bethel or the Civic Center, the Oak House is a great location and value.
