It is a small and comfortable apartment on the second floor overlooking the Christ of Bartola, the most peaceful area of the city. King size bed and smart TV, it has a kitchenette and separate bathroom, bottled water. It has a metal staircase which makes it unsuitable for the disabled and for the elderly, and younger children. It has independent parking and entrance. During your stay you will enjoy the privacy you are looking for. I live downstairs, I am available but you have absolute privacy.
