Comfortable country house conveniently located less than a mile off of HWY 271 N for easy access to Paris, TX, Pat Mayse Lake, or The Choctaw Casino in Grant, OK. House has two bedrooms and 1 bath. We also have discounts for long-term stays. We have a spacious backyard with easy parking. Kitchen has full refrigerator and electric stove for preparing meals. Located in the historic district and only blocks from downtown, this new construction duplex will impress from every angle! The luxury vibes are present from the kitchen to baths! The open concept floor plan makes it all even better. One bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs. One full bath downstairs. The primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bath, is located upstairs. Private parking as well. You will have access to the entire duplex on south (left) side. No cleaning fee!
