Easy interstate access, just off I-41. No parties allowed. For property protection and to assist with guests there are floodlight cameras at each entrance, a camera in the garage (to enforce no smoking policy), and in the utility area of the basement to monitor consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, etc).

An inviting gaming area is showcased in the finished basement, featuring classic arcade machines and a lively, colorful rug. Stools surround the machines, and a table provides additional seating, creating a space suited for relaxation and entertainment.
