What a great place to stay! This whimsicle cottage house located at the end of walking / biking trail along side Duck Creek in Pamperin Park. Location is not only close to park, but is also close to Austin Straubel Airport and just minutes from Lambeau Field Perfect for your Green Bay Leisure retreat, work or fishing for the big one visit. The house is perfect and very comfortable for 2 guests but can easily accommodate up to 4. The quiet neighborhood right in the city makes this house perfect

Welcome to our remodeled house and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

A spacious entertainment garage features multiple large-screen TVs and a projector screen for viewing. Comfortable seating is arranged around a bar-height table. A colorful arcade game is visible in the corner, enhancing the lively atmosphere of the space.
