Vous pourrez stationner gratuitement à proximité. Logement Idéal pour passer les concours à Gayant expo. Mezzanine avec au choix lit 180 ou deux lits de 90. Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.

Stationnement gratuit Place du Barlet à 2 min à pied ou dans la rue (payant de 9h à 19h). Commerces, restaurants à proximité immédiate, gare à pied en moins de 10 min.

This house close to the city center is composed of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a nice terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, promenade de long de la Scarpe...) The train station is a few minutes' walk away and Arras is 20 minutes' drive away.

The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. Breakfast option is possible at €10 per person.
