EXCLUSIVE use of a separate downstairs home/apartment, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard and the lovely alfresco, which leads to the backyard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs. We are centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep between the beach and shops. You will be welcomed to chill at Misty's. We are an easy walk from the Yanchep lagoon beach, cafes/resturant/& supermarket.

Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Lancelin Beach Cottage

Our cottage is a couple's retreat, situated just metres from the beach at the end of the street. It's new, beautifully decorated and full of light. We've provided all the comforts of home and if you need anything else we're never very far away. We are within walking distance to the shops, The Angling Club and The Tavern with it's beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your pet in The Cottage.

Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees.
