The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.
