The Klaver garage is a private residence in a quiet street in the city center, with free parking in front of the door. The beach, the dunes and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. Everything is completely new and equipped with every comfort. The perfect base for exploring Alkmaar and its surroundings.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment (85 m²) right in the historic center. It features a living room, dining area, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. All restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. Breakfast on request (€19.50 per person), between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome (€45 per stay). A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
