My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Njut av en lyxig och rymlig lägenhet på 110 kvm på översta våningen i en av Göteborgs mest centrala privata villor. Nyrenoverad och omgiven av grönska och en rymlig trädgård. Just nu, våren 2026, har en häck planterat runt delar av tomten. Tre dubbelsängar, på loftet står de särade, fullt utrustat kök, öppen spis, 65-tums TV och en hemtrevlig atmosfär. Takhöjden på sovloftet är ca 190 cm. Gångavstånd till shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn etc. Caféer och restauranger i nära.
