HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Between land and sea: Les Mouettes in Landévant

Between land and sea, the Les Mouettes gîte accommodates 2 to 4 people (no more than 3 adults) for a minimum of 3 nights. Between Auray and Lorient, it is located at the source of the Ria d'Etel. Lannouan Castle, a popular venue for receptions and weddings, is a 5-minute walk away. In the peaceful Morbihan countryside, you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Erdeven (20 km) during the season, but you can also stroll around Auray, to the port of Saint-Goustan, or along the quays of La Trinité.

Parking spot Close to historic city center, 15 min to the beach, 10 min to the shopping area, 15 min to Lorient, 30 min to Vannes. For nature lovers, hiking trails, and Harras within walking distance.

Numerous activities along the Blavet Valley: hiking, biking, canoeing, Wakepark, Aquapark. - Note that the miller's ladder that gives access to the mezzanine can be difficult to access - We do not allow pets.

From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Come and rest in our pretty T1bis, refurbished with neat decoration. You can enjoy all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped and we even offer you coffee and of course wifi ! The sofa is convertible and can be suitable for a child or adult on a short stay. Ideally located in the heart of a village center where you will find among others a bakery, a grocery store, free parking and a children's playground.

We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 metres from the beach. We would like to clarify that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You'll have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car, you have free parking 200 metres away.

Ideal for exploring the region (Auray, Carnac, Quiberon...). Master bedroom (bed 160), bathroom/wc, dressing room. Garden not fenced. Linens provided, bed made. Label Gîte de France. Cleaning to be done or flat rate: €40/stay or €20/1 night.
