Completely renovated in 2023 with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, but also with a focus on preserving the soul of the house. Surrounded by beautiful nature, apple orchards and various tourist destinations, while at the same time close to Jönköping, it makes the farmhouse a rural idyll with many possibilities!

Welcome to Kaxholmen. Enjoy the view of the lake, look around our beautiful village with apple orchards and beautiful views. Go up to Vistakulle and check out the views of Lake Vättern and Landsjön. Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & pet-free!

Country house surrounded by beautiful nature.

The accommodation is suitable for people who love nature, quiet and relaxation. At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Koppla av i vårt familjevänliga hus från år 1850 och känn hur lugnet infinner sig. Härlig trädgård att vistas i. Det finns allmänna stora grönytor ca 100 m från huset med en naturlekplats. (sockenstugan) Eller boka bagarstugan för en trevlig kväll med familj och vänner. Ca 5 minuters promenad till fin utsikt över byn. Grill/fika plats Du tar dig enkelt med bil/cykel till badplats och naturreservat. Nära till Hooks spa och golfbana. 20 min till Jönköping, Huskvarna, Vaggeryd och Nä

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Detached cottage in a rural location at Vistakulle Fruit Farm overlooking our nice apple orchard where there is also a small vineyard. The proximity to the beautiful nature of the entire Äppeldalen valley, which offers many excursion destinations, and only a 15-minute drive to central Jönköping, makes the location unique.
