Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Amsterdam Twiskehouse

De accommodatie is zeer compleet, met een moderne keuken vv magnetron, inductie kookplaat, koelkast, vaatwasser en flatscreen tv. Tevens kunt u gebruik maken van de eettafel met vier stoelen. Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e etage en heeft twee slaapkamers met in elke slaapkamer een 2 persoons bed. In de kamer bevindt zich een bedbank die voor extra slaapruimte zorgt, eetkamertafel met zes stoelen en een flatscreen tv. In de doucheruimte kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine en wasdroger.

Verblijf op een unieke locatie net buiten Amsterdam! Deze gerenoveerde ruime woning in Landsmeer biedt comfort voor 9 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers (boven), 3 douches (beneden) , 2 wc’s (beneden) en een tuin. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.

Kom tot rust en geniet van het geweldige uitzicht over het prachtige natuurgebied Het Twiske. Langs een naastgelegen wandelpad kunt u Het Twiske per voet ontdekken. Hier kunt u genieten van de natuur, ontspannen op één van de stranden, zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen, vogels spotten en kanoën. Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is nieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.

Bij terugkomst in het huisje kun je zowel in de binnen- als buitenruimte genieten van het weidse uitzicht en de meest fantastische, gekleurde zonsondergangen.
