The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our garden. Full self-catering or you can book breakfast and/or evening meals made by Martin, a professional chef. Self-contained annexe with own private entrance.

There is much to explore from the doorstep, including the village's three charming pubs and Warleigh Point nature reserve. Perfectly situated between Dartmoor and Devon and Cornwall's beautiful beaches, Apple Orchard is the perfect place from which to explore. A delight for walkers, runners, cyclists, swimmers, divers, surfers, wind surfers, kayakers & paddle boarders alike.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
