This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Please note: Rates vary based on demand and summer/winter rates vary.

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!
