The traditional Italian farmhouse lies within the vineyard landscape of the Piedmont, a Unesco world heritage site. The Barn was kept as a large open space, hosting the kitchen, living and dining area. The 15-meters long window defines the transition between the inner and outside landscape while leaving the old brick pillars exposed. The kitchen is equipped with a Gaggenau oven and stove, 2 refrigerators ensuring cool drinks at all times and 2 dish washers for a swift clean up. The large indoor table as well as the one on the connecting terrace easily sits 12-14 guests each. Upon request we can organize for a personal chef to come up to the house to cook for larger groups. Please get in touch with us for more information and availability. The 6 en-suite bedrooms offer a contemporary design based on simplicity. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower while one of the rooms, our Suite, has an additional bathtub. This room can easily function as a family room in which case we are happy to provide a baby cot / crib or additional single beds. The outside space offers many hidden areas to find some quiet time when on holiday with larger groups. The courtyard with its many flower islands has a gravel surface perfect for that evening game of Boccia while enjoying your aperetivo. On the opposite side of the Barn you’ll find a field of over 200 lavender plants, several pergolas and a lovely stone patio to enjoy the last ray of sunshine. No matter where you choose to relax, the entire property offers stunning views of the vineyards and on certain days even a glimpse of the snow covered alps. A rustic stone staircase leads down to the salt water infinity pool. Embedded within the surrounding landscape this magical place needs no further introduction. Last but not least, a small wooden gate leads directly from the property into the vineyards from where you can enjoy a beautiful walk to the top of the hill where a romantic little chapel awaits you. A short drive (10-15 min) into the Valley you’ll find the two towns of Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. Especially Santo Stefano offers a selection of supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants. Truffle hunters will be happy to hear that the city of Alba and its famous truffle market is only a 30 minutes drive away. If you wish to escape the beautiful landscape of the langhe hills then the Ligurian Sea or the historical city of Turin can both be reached just under an hour. The ancient Roman city Acqui Terme with it’s famous thermal springs is also only a 35 min drive away and if you want to treat yourself to a world class spa treatment then the 5 star hotel Relais San Maurizio with its Michelin star restaurant is just on the other side of our hill or a short 10 min drive. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the historic old town of Dogliani, overlooking the beautiful vineyards of the Langhe – ideal for anyone who appreciates great cuisine, excellent wines and relaxing days away from the mainstream. Restaurants are within easy reach on foot. Walking paths lead directly from the house into the vineyards and through the hilly landscape of the Langhe. The fenced garden with a pool also makes the house perfect for holidays with a dog – four-legged friends are expressly welcome here.

We love our home in the country and hope you will too! It's full of character, lovingly renovated and full of happy memories, ready for more! Our home is one of the oldest houses in the village dating back to the 13th century, it was built as part of the walls surrounding the castle. The house is full of romance and history and the surrounding area of peace and rest. You'll find natural stone walls, warm wooden floors, and carefully selected details to create a timeless, welcoming atmosphere.

Countryside house in the Langhe

The house in Langa, "the grandparents' house" is located in the quiet and surrounded by nature. Recently renovated and belonging to the family for three generations. A flight of stairs leads to a bright living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. Free parking in front, breathtaking view.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. Guests consistently describe it as breathtaking, and it is at its most magical at sunset. Outside you will find 18 meter infinity pool to relax and wild mediterranean styled garden for tranquility.

Completely renovated 16th century farmhouse surrounded by nature. Composed of 4 adjacent and independent apartments (Indigo, Chili, Saffron, Mint). The Mint House is an apartment for 4 people. Upper floor: entrance, corridor, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony and external staircase leading down to the garden. Felice House

Independent house in an authentic village in the Langhe that seems frozen in time, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves. Just a few kilometers from the most charming towns in the region: Barolo, La Morra, Dogliani, Piozzo. It’s the perfect starting point to explore wineries, taste local delicacies, and hike along breathtaking trails. The house will be entirely at your disposal and features a private garden, terrace, ping-pong table, barbecue, and fireplace.

A traditional Langa hay barn, Il Fienile di Casa Surie has been beautifully restored as a unique, fully-equipped holiday home. Ideal for a couple or small family, the house is nestled at the top of the Valle Belbo, a pristine valley in the Alta Langa region of Southern Piemonte. The property offers peace and tranquillity with proximity to the best of the region: Barolo, the Mediterranean, Turin, and the Alpi Maritimi are all easily reached in an hour or less.

La Casa Rosa is a detached house with its own private entrance, attached to one of the most fascinating historic houses in Murazzano. On two levels with a shared garden, it is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom with a generous shower, a bright bedroom with private balcony, wood stove for off-season stays, a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate up to 4 people. Guests of Casa Rosa can enjoy all the gardens of the main house.

Guglielmo House with Castle View

An apartment in a newly renovated 17th century house with views of the castle of Serralunga d'Alba and the surrounding vineyards, which you can enjoy from any room or from the small balcony that belongs to the apartment. Suitable for a romantic stay (no other guests in the neighborhood), wine tasting trip (famous Barolo vineyards and wineries are all around) or a family stay, making use of the fully equipped kitchen.
