C’est la maison où séjournent mes enfants, petits enfants et amis pendant leurs vacances. Une seule chambre est mise à disposition mais les locataires disposent pour eux seuls d’une grande partie de l’espace familial: le jardin, les terrasses, le stationnement, la cuisine, le séjour, la bibliothèque,,une salle de bains et WC. Sur demande une autre chambre peut être libérée pour une 3ème personne. Cette maison n'est pas occupée par la famille lorsqu'il y a des locataires.
