Located 5 min. from the town center, into a protected park, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including downstairs, a stunning kitchen with stone sink, central worktop, large traditionnal cooker, a huge fridge and a back kitchen for supplies. Outside, a huge swimming pool ( 2,40 m depth!!), an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far.

In our farm we have set up 1 cottage. It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).
