A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).

Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.
