This 300 sq m. villa can welcome up to 8 guests. It offers all the high end services you might dream of. Located 5 min. from the town center, into a protected park, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including downstairs, a stunning kitchen with stone sink, central worktop, large traditionnal cooker, a huge fridge and a back kitchen for supplies. Outside, a huge swimming pool ( 2,40 m depth!!), an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).

It was designed and furnished with a lot of love for detail to offer its guests a quiet and relaxing stay.
