The property is clean, has comfortable beds and is very well equipped. We especially liked the good amenities of the kitchen. The property has a quiet location, but it is perfect as a starting point for trips to The Hague and Rotterdam. Beautiful tulip fields are also available in the region during the heyday.

We had a very successful weekend with our family (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren) in this accommodation. Plenty of space indoors and also the garden had several terraces and play accommodations. Well sheltered. A big plus of course for the indoor swimming pool. In short: recommended!

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the view of the lake just magical. Very quiet. In the middle of nature and still close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for the loan of the bikes and boat. It was awesome to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit . Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decor, welcome gifts...) and responded during the day to our messages. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Thanks for the real break

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

Excellent stay with Rob, who was able to find us high quality bicycles for rent. We loved the area and the apartment is really very nice: special mention for the terrace ideal for a breakfast in the great outdoors. We recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay, Stan was very helpful with any questions asked. The cottage was beautiful and spacious. local shops/bus stop were within walking distance. The Alpacas were gorgeous. Definitely recommended staying here.

If you’re looking for a cool house in a cool neighbourhood, close to everything Rotterdam has to offer, and PERFECT for (small) children, look no further. Frederique’s house is big yet warm and cozy. Our 2 year old son felt at home immediately. There were lots of toys and drawing supplies that he was welcome to play with. The hosts are super responsive and nice. Make sure to communicate properly about check-in time. Highly recommend Frederique’s place!

I have been to tom's house for a few days, I felt at home , a nice, quiet place and it is clean the whole house and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the location accessible to my places of interest. The supermarket is 11 min walk away . I recommend it .

Lovely and authentic family home. Kids enjoyed the garden and park area, and we had everything needed to cook and get around the area.

We had a great holiday in Wassenaar. The area is great for cycling, walking, shopping, culture, spending days at the beach and eating out. There are so many things to do all within easy cycling range of the house that you will need more than a single holiday before running out of activities. Our car stayed put the entire holiday - we were thrilled by the co-operative style between motorists and cyclists as compared to the defensive/aggressive style here in Berlin. Let alone the general cycling infrastructure (paths, crossings, traffic lights, ...). The many beaches are easily reachable by bike and offer a great variety from lively with promenades to secluded and lonely. We loved the waves and the wind and cycling along the dunes. The house is very clean, spacious and luxurious in a secluded quiet neighbourhood with a large and beautiful garden. There is ample space for cooking, dining and sitting together. We had a great time and enjoyed it very much.

We felt right at home at Helen’s place. It’s charming and cozy, with everything you might need during your stay. The small garden is beautiful and perfect for enjoying a meal outside in the sun. The location is great—close to Delft’s center and with free parking.
