The property is clean, has comfortable beds and is very well equipped. We especially liked the good amenities of the kitchen. The property has a quiet location, but it is perfect as a starting point for trips to The Hague and Rotterdam. Beautiful tulip fields are also available in the region during the heyday.

We had a very successful weekend with our family (grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren) in this accommodation. Plenty of space indoors and also the garden had several terraces and play accommodations. Well sheltered. A big plus of course for the indoor swimming pool. In short: recommended!

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

Francisco has a lovely house and everything that you will need. The garden in the back near the small river is beautiful and very well furnished, the lights give a cool vibe to the garden. I recommend 100%.

We stayed with our two young sons for a few nights. on arrival, Kim and co were very responsive and helped us solve an issue quickly. The house is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a nice stay. There is also a good sized garden and it's relatively private. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend to families.

Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the view of the lake just magical. Very quiet. In the middle of nature and still close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for the loan of the bikes and boat. It was awesome to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit . Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decor, welcome gifts...) and responded during the day to our messages. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

Excellent stay with Rob, who was able to find us high quality bicycles for rent. We loved the area and the apartment is really very nice: special mention for the terrace ideal for a breakfast in the great outdoors. We recommend it.

My families had a great time in the apartment! With fantastic location and beautiful decor, it had everything we needed for a short stay and we would like to come stay here again next time!

We had a fantastic stay, Stan was very helpful with any questions asked. The cottage was beautiful and spacious. local shops/bus stop were within walking distance. The Alpacas were gorgeous. Definitely recommended staying here.

Sophie’s place was absolutely beautiful, it was perfect for our stay in Berkel. Sophie and her family were so nice, helpful and welcoming. It was very clean and in a great location and just perfect all around! We want to come back already!

If you’re looking for a cool house in a cool neighbourhood, close to everything Rotterdam has to offer, and PERFECT for (small) children, look no further. Frederique’s house is big yet warm and cozy. Our 2 year old son felt at home immediately. There were lots of toys and drawing supplies that he was welcome to play with. The hosts are super responsive and nice. Make sure to communicate properly about check-in time. Highly recommend Frederique’s place!

I have been to tom's house for a few days, I felt at home , a nice, quiet place and it is clean the whole house and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the location accessible to my places of interest. The supermarket is 11 min walk away . I recommend it .

Lovely and authentic family home. Kids enjoyed the garden and park area, and we had everything needed to cook and get around the area.

We had a great holiday in Wassenaar. The area is great for cycling, walking, shopping, culture, spending days at the beach and eating out. There are so many things to do all within easy cycling range of the house that you will need more than a single holiday before running out of activities. Our car stayed put the entire holiday - we were thrilled by the co-operative style between motorists and cyclists as compared to the defensive/aggressive style here in Berlin. Let alone the general cycling infrastructure (paths, crossings, traffic lights, ...). The many beaches are easily reachable by bike and offer a great variety from lively with promenades to secluded and lonely. We loved the waves and the wind and cycling along the dunes. The house is very clean, spacious and luxurious in a secluded quiet neighbourhood with a large and beautiful garden. There is ample space for cooking, dining and sitting together. We had a great time and enjoyed it very much.

Super cute and relaxing place. We enjoyed having breakfast in the little courtyard in the sun in the morning, as well as staying in this well designed apartment. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described - peaceful, well-located, and especially great for kids. Our toddlers loved the toys, and the space felt very family-friendly. Everything was perfect

We felt right at home at Helen’s place. It’s charming and cozy, with everything you might need during your stay. The small garden is beautiful and perfect for enjoying a meal outside in the sun. The location is great—close to Delft’s center and with free parking.
