In the village of Sollières-Envers, this peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, nestled at the gates of the Vanoise Natural Park, 2.5 km from the vast Valcenis-Vanoise ski area via Termignon (free shuttle 200 m away in high winter season). In the heart of the sumptuous preserved natural territory of Haute-Maurienne, very close to the Italian border. Splendid preserved natural setting on the edge of meadows & forests. Pleasant landscaped and flowered garden.

Duplex for a stay in Haute Maurienne Open kitchen on a living room with balcony, pellet stove and TV. There is also a bedroom with 80/200 bunk beds, a shower room and a separate WC. Two large bedrooms with double bed in 160/200 cm including a master suite with ensuite bath. In winter, 7 minutes walk from the foot of the slopes. A free shuttle takes you to the ski lifts. 200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.
