Christmas at Grandma's House We stayed from December 24 to 30, 2024 in this lovely studio, fully equipped and with all amenities. Attention to the smallest details. Apartment totally renovated in a functional way and with impeccable aesthetics thanks to the skill and commitment of Clara and Ezio. Property located a short walk from a supermarket and pharmacy. Located in the immediate vicinity of Viale Colombo, the main street of Quartu Sant'Elena, and about two km from Poetto Beach. Clara and Ezio are fantastic hosts, always ready and available to meet every need. It's a house that has a beautiful story. Treat it like your grandmother's house. Really strategic location to visit all the most beautiful beaches from Chia to Costa Rei and Pietto really just a stone's throw away. Friendly host and very attentive to making you feel at home.

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

A return visit to Igino and Agnese. Such a warm and friendly welcome from such lovely people. An ideal place for our family to stay. Grazie mille!

Antonella (the caretaker) , Marie Line and Patrice (The owners) are exquisite people! We were very comfortable both in the very friendly communication and in living with them in the house next door for a few days, they were discreet hosts and respectful of our spaces but also pleasant and kind even just to have a chat. the interior space is excellent! They decked out the house and made a lot of useful items available to customers (first aid kit, power adapters, all the dishes imaginable, pool towels...) and a thoughtful decor full of warm details that will make you feel at home. The bed, spacious! Best bed found in an airbnb so far, excellent! the fantastic pool is ready for us to use since the last days of April, there are a lot of games and activities to do inside, and the outdoor space is beautiful to take the last solo and the aperitif. unrivalled value for money. The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

A lovely stay - thank you. Would gladly recommend to others. Clean, bright and modern apartment. We had a few issues with loss of power and connectivity but the host was super quick to sort them out. Perfect location and plenty of space. The only one thing I'd suggest is to leave a hoover for easier cleaning up after the beach. Thanks again!! 😊

Francesca was an extremely accommodating and nice host! We had everything we needed in the accommodation, especially the kitchen was superbly furnished so we could cook well for our group. This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay at Roberta’s apartment! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We encountered a couple of minor issues, but Roberta was extremely nice and quick to help, making sure everything was sorted out smoothly. On top of that, she surprised us with a few adorable little gifts, which made us feel even more welcome. Highly recommend staying here — we would definitely come back!

This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

The rooftop terrace was the nonplusultra. Really great. We had breakfast and bathed there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. There was nothing missing in the apartment! We got the coffee right away vis a vis, was very convenient!

What can I say about this gem! We originally had another Airbnb, which we left because we were very disappointed. I found this gem the same day, I was very lucky to find it Lovely neighborhood. Geppo's pizza is excellent CRAI grocery store right next door Robust, clean accommodation Very good air conditioning Very comfortable bed. Beautiful landscape Amazing pool Quiet Very well maintained. We had wonderful days at Rita's place. Very hospitable, attentive, nice pool and great service: towel change, breakfast, communication. There are very nice beaches in the area (about 15-20 minutes). Our favorite beach was Spiaggia Cea with fine sand and nice bar. Restaurant tip: Mullò in Triei

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.

Carlo and his wife are exceptional hosts with extreme kindness . They are always there to help or to show us beautiful beaches and good restaurants. The house is at its best with its beautiful modern architecture and the pool is sunny from morning to night. The room with the bathroom we had rented was ideal for 2 people, very clean and the adjoining terrace very large. Breakfast is a treat, there is something for everyone, savory sweet, fruit etc. I have rarely seen, in my previous rentals, such a hearty breakfast with products of such good quality. I would still advise travelers to rent a car or scooter. We were a scooter and we were able to do a lot of fun things. There are bus stops not far from the house but we have not tested. What is certain is that I am already planning to return next year because the south of Sardinia is beautiful and I felt at home in Carlo and his wife's home. So a huge thank you to Carlo and his wife for the wonderful stay we had:)
