Cozy studio apartment!

Basic studio apartment, 21m², practical, located approximately 1 km from downtown. It is located in an area UNDER CONSTRUCTION that gives access to it, it is not located on the ground floor, access by stairs to the 1st floor, however it has its functionalities ok. NOTE: there are currently no people working in the courtyard from Monday to Saturday. If this is an impediment, check beforehand whether there will be workers in the yard or not!!! "THERE ARE NO SOAPS, SHAMPOO AND TOWELS FOR PERSONAL USE (FACE and BATH)."

Entire apartment, downstairs has a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and upstairs two bedrooms. Quiet place to stay near downtown and easy access as we are only 100 meters from the BR 476 shale highway, close to the market, restaurant and gas station. Note: We do not provide bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets), towels, or toiletries.
