Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). It is a brand new 40 m2 apartment attached to a house. There's a reversible air conditioner. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 beds of 140*190 of very good quality TV, Wi-Fi, toilet, bathroom, washing machine and dressing room. I provide bedding, towels, shower foam and toilet paper. There is the crocodile farm (5 km), the Château de Grignan (20 km), the Gorges de l'Ardèche (20 km), water ski lift (5 km) CNPE du Tricastin is 5 minutes away.
