Stone farm house which has been beautifully restored in a very sympathetic style. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, making it accessible to wheelchair users. This property, located in a village called Villa Cupoli in Abruzzo, Italy is about 50 minutes drive from Pescara airport and about 20 minutes from the larger town of Penne. Relax in this very quiet space within walking distance of the center. The villa of which the independent accommodation is part is newly built and is located in the residential area of the Villa Comunale, a few steps from Piazza Duomo, the famous basilica of Collemaggio and the Porta Santa. The accommodation is equipped with modern furnishings and a private garden. Pets are welcome. There are no parking problems.

In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
