Nice house medina asilah front sea

This traditional and renovated Maroccan Riad is located in the heart of Asilah´s medina. It is decorated with furniture from Antique dealers. The Riad has 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom in each of them. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives access to the ground floor terrace. The dining room has a fireplace for cold days in winter. The Riad offers a total of 230sqm living space. It has a terrace on the ground floor with a lunch/dining area. One of the highlights of the Riad is the outside roof terrace which provides not only a beautiful sea view but nice breezes during the summer heat. Enjoying a green tea on the roof terrace while looking at the sea sunset and the color changes on the white Medina is an unforgettable moment! Breakfast and cleaning services are all included. The gastronomy in the area is fantastic with a variety of tagines, fresh fish, pastelas (Moroccan pie), couscous and many more dishes that you can enjoy in the restaurants nearby the Medina. The wild beaches in the south are stunning.

Completed in 2023, Stella Maris is a bright, light filled, cosy home nestled in the quiet back streets of Assilah. This 3 bedroom, self catering house is perfect for a family or friends who want to enjoy an authentically warm, peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life. August 2025 : Air conditioning is now available in the master bedroom. The house has a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sunset, or watch the medina unfold into life each morning.

Bijou with 180° sea view

The apartment is located right in front of the gates of the beautiful old town. Cafes, restaurants, markets and sights of the city are right in front of the apartment. The beach of Asilah is also very close. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets again, you can simply retreat to the small oasis of calm. From the large terrace, you can comfortably look down at the action on the street or enjoy the soothing view of the sea.

Charming house with private pool

Asilah - 7 km Tangier Airport - 40 km Sea: 7km The house and pool are totally private. It overlooks the hamlet of Madchar-Ganhem, a small agricultural village nestled in greenery and a real haven of peace. You will find all amenities in the lovely maritime city of Asilah located 7 km from the house. The closest beach "'Las Cuevas" is superb and well suited for families. For the more adventurous, you can go to the beach of "Sidi Mrait".
