Adorable Little Studio Apartment close to downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
